ServiceNow System Administrator
Job Summary
To support federal government clients, the full-time remote ServiceNow System Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure platform stability and effective business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage user access and security configurations, including roles and ACLs
- Configure and support core ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- Experience maintaining Configuration Items and CMDB data quality
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Active Public Trust clearance
