Job Summary
A company is looking for an ESM Tech Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement ITSM & ITOM solutions and integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting, workflows, and forms
- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances while providing best practice recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
- Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM and Certified Application Developer
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
