Job Summary

A company is looking for an ESM Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ITSM & ITOM solutions and integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including scripting, workflows, and forms
  • Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances while providing best practice recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM and Certified Application Developer
  • ITIL Foundations certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
