Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Account Manager Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner for a dedicated client, maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform
  • Manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering collaboration
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for platform growth and representing the company as a ServiceNow SME
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform with an architect-level perspective preferred
  • ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications are highly desirable
  • Experience in guiding clients through platform strategy and enhancement planning
  • Prior people leadership experience is a plus, with an interest in managing Business Analysts
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex or regulated environments is preferred
