Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Account Manager Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for a dedicated client, maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform
- Manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering collaboration
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for platform growth and representing the company as a ServiceNow SME
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform with an architect-level perspective preferred
- ServiceNow CSA certification required; CIS certifications are highly desirable
- Experience in guiding clients through platform strategy and enhancement planning
- Prior people leadership experience is a plus, with an interest in managing Business Analysts
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex or regulated environments is preferred
