ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect to support the migration of custom-built enterprise applications to the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and discovery workshops to understand business objectives and existing custom app functionalities
• Develop solution blueprints and migration approaches for integrating legacy/custom apps into ServiceNow
• Serve as the primary SME for the ServiceNow migration program, guiding teams on platform best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem and architecture roles
• Proven experience in ServiceNow migration or modernization projects
• Strong understanding of multiple ServiceNow product lines, including Core Platform and various modules
• Presales acumen with the ability to design compelling solution narratives and architecture decks
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory
