ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Act as the primary technical authority, guiding a cross-functional team and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives
• Engage with customer leadership to build trusted advisor relationships and communicate complex technical concepts clearly

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years in a Technical Architect or Lead Architect role
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required
• Experience in regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Telecom
