ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing digital transformation practice, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Technical Architect will define, design, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own scalable, distributed architectures across cloud and on-prem environments
• Define and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture while managing implementation risks and best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of IT experience with a focus on solution architecture and application design
• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in architecture and solution design
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and MID Server
