ServiceNow Technical Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, the full-time onsite ServiceNow Technical Architect will manage implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules while ensuring adherence to best practices and technical governance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations across various modules
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow designs aligned with platform best practices
- Define technical roadmaps and govern platform health, upgrade strategies, and compliance with ServiceNow Technical Best Practices
Required qualifications
- Minimum 14 years of total IT industry experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong command of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules
- Experience with ServiceNow's AI toolset and designing AI-augmented workflows
