ServiceNow Technical Architect
Job Summary
To lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote ServiceNow Technical Architect will manage end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules while ensuring alignment with best practices and technical governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations, translating business requirements into scalable designs
- Define technical roadmaps and govern platform health, upgrade strategies, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices
- Provide technical leadership to teams, conduct design reviews, and mentor delivery teams while engaging with clients on architectural decisions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 14 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 4 years on the ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong command of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules, including configuration and governance
- Experience designing and governing AI-augmented workflows using ServiceNow's AI toolset
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities in a technical environment
