Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (FSC).

Key Responsibilities

Optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration versus customization
Lead design workshops and guide customers in documenting technical aspects of solutions
Develop integration components and enhance UI/mobile components using the ServiceNow framework

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a similar role
3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex, global organizations
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD preferred
Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay related systems and tools
