Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (FSC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize and leverage ServiceNow best practices, focusing on configuration versus customization
  • Lead design workshops and guide customers in documenting technical aspects of solutions
  • Develop integration components and enhance UI/mobile components using the ServiceNow framework
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a similar role
  • 3+ years of configuration/development experience in complex, global organizations
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD preferred
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Source-to-Pay related systems and tools
