Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in ITOM and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead hands-on development and configuration of ITOM modules, focusing on Service Mapping
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and functional teams to design and implement ITOM solutions
Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Previous client-facing experience or ability to work comfortably with customers
  • Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and IT infrastructure
  • Required certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping, Discovery, or Event Management
