Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Principal Technical Consultant with ATF and FSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow modules, including conducting workshops and demos
• Advise on best practices and assist in the creation of user stories
• Engage in discovery processes to enhance system functionality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Field Service Management (FSM)
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more)
• Ability to work part-time (approximately 10 hours per week)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen (USC) for this position
