Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions focused on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications and solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in a technical role
Strong development experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
Proficiency in scripting languages used in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
