Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Join calls with Business Process Consultants (BPCs) to provide insights on feasible solutions and implement workflows
  • Serve as the technical expert in configuring ServiceNow, focusing on best practices for configuration over customization
  • Support engagement efforts including process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Active CIS, CSA, and CDA certifications (any CIS)
  • Experience in a consulting background
  • Client-facing experience
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
  • Ability to manage timelines and technical teams effectively
