Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Join calls with Business Process Consultants (BPCs) to provide insights on feasible solutions and implement workflows
- Serve as the technical expert in configuring ServiceNow, focusing on best practices for configuration over customization
- Support engagement efforts including process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Active CIS, CSA, and CDA certifications (any CIS)
- Experience in a consulting background
- Client-facing experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
- Ability to manage timelines and technical teams effectively
