Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant -- Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with ServiceNow administration and troubleshoot issues
Coordinate the migration of catalog items and workflows
Support end-to-end project delivery and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3-5+ years of ServiceNow administration or technical consulting experience
Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture
