Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure ServiceNow integration functionality and vendor catalog items
Support customer onboarding, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot UAT issues
Act as a ServiceNow SME and guide customers through testing and workflow navigation

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience supporting ServiceNow or similar CSM and ITSM environments
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow playbooks, integrations, and catalog configuration
Experience supporting UAT and troubleshooting issues with customers
Strong skills with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and test automation
ServiceNow certifications are preferred
