Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in a Senior/Principal role with expertise in specific workflows

5 years of experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Preferred certifications include Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules
