Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SPM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
  • Participate in Agile engagements to enhance project efficiency and quality
  • Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and oversee technical quality on customer projects
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • 3-5+ years of client-facing consulting experience with ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery and leading sprint ceremonies
  • Strong capability in solution design and technical oversight
  • Experience leading technical workshops and advising on SPM solutions
