Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SPM).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform and advise clients on best practices
- Participate in Agile engagements to enhance project efficiency and quality
- Define technical approaches, lead scrums, and oversee technical quality on customer projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- 3-5+ years of client-facing consulting experience with ServiceNow or enterprise SaaS implementations
- Proven experience in Agile delivery and leading sprint ceremonies
- Strong capability in solution design and technical oversight
- Experience leading technical workshops and advising on SPM solutions
