Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (SOM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Sales & Order Management modules
  • Contribute to Agile engagements by configuring and developing SOM solutions using various ServiceNow tools and APIs
  • Define technical approaches for SOM implementations and lead scrums while advising on development and configuration activities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, particularly with Sales & Order Management or related modules
  • 3-5+ years of experience designing and implementing order management or orchestration solutions
  • 5+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience, preferably with ServiceNow
  • Hands-on experience with order lifecycle management, including workflows for order capture and fulfillment
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools
