Job Summary

ServiceNow Technical Consultant, a remote contract position requiring over 30 hours per week, focuses on supporting, demonstrating, and configuring ServiceNow OSM or ESG solutions with a preference for candidates holding relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure ServiceNow OSM or ESG solutions
• Lead workshops and provide demonstrations to clients
• Utilize expertise to enhance client engagement and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Certifications in OSM (CSA, CAD, OMT/TMT/CIS-CSM) or ESG (CSA, CAD, CIS, ESGM)
• Strong consultancy skills
• Experience in leading client workshops
• Proficiency in configuration and support of ServiceNow solutions
