ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a federal government program, the remote contract ServiceNow Technical Consultant will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM, particularly in Discovery and CMDB integrations, while providing technical leadership and ensuring compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess current processes and define solution requirements for ServiceNow implementations
• Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead project delivery

Required qualifications:

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on event management, monitoring, and integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and infrastructure modeling
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
