ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a federal government program, the remote contract ServiceNow Technical Consultant will assess current processes, design and implement ServiceNow solutions, and provide technical leadership with a strong focus on ITOM, particularly in Discovery and CMDB integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess current state processes and define solution requirements, including integrations and implementation plans
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead technical workshops

Required qualifications:

• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on event management, monitoring, and integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardization with large enterprises
• 5+ years of experience developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
