ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Leading a team of Software Engineers, the full-time ServiceNow Technical Consultant will implement and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS, and BSS, while interfacing with stakeholders and managing integrations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Gather systems requirements and customize ServiceNow applications based on functional and technical needs
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services
• Maintain operational documentation and participate in user acceptance testing for service maps and event management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development in at least two capabilities (TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS, BSS)
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and bi-directional automated integrations
• Proven skills in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scripted REST APIs
• A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to pursue ServiceNow competency Certifications and Module Accreditations
