Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow ITFM Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement service management technical solutions based on ServiceNow, ensuring integration with ApptioOne and Databricks
- Lead the team in developing and deploying ITFM capabilities aligned with business requirements
- Participate in all phases of project delivery, including planning, resource evaluation, technical decision-making, and go-live support
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow, ITFM, and client/server applications infrastructure
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles for at least three years
- Minimum of five years of ServiceNow development and support experience
- Proficiency with ITIL processes and understanding of ServiceNow configuration impacts on downstream systems
