Job Summary

To support large enterprise ServiceNow customers, the full-time remote ServiceNow Technical Lead will develop and maintain software applications, integrate third-party solutions, and work independently on implementations while collaborating with clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop quality software and web applications while analyzing and maintaining existing systems
  • Design scalable, testable code and conduct third-party integration development using REST and SOAP
  • Participate in SCRUM calls and attend requirements review sessions to ensure project alignment
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proficiency in scripting and integrations
  • Experience leading ITOM implementations and working on Cloud-Native projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong self-learning skills and a passion for integrating the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform
