Job Summary
To support large enterprise ServiceNow customers, the full-time remote ServiceNow Technical Lead will develop and maintain software applications, integrate third-party solutions, and work independently on implementations while collaborating with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications while analyzing and maintaining existing systems
- Design scalable, testable code and conduct third-party integration development using REST and SOAP
- Participate in SCRUM calls and attend requirements review sessions to ensure project alignment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with proficiency in scripting and integrations
- Experience leading ITOM implementations and working on Cloud-Native projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong self-learning skills and a passion for integrating the latest technologies with the ServiceNow platform
