Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical owner of the AtoZ Portal's ServiceNow implementation, the full-time contract-to-hire ServiceNow Technical Lead will manage the technical backlog, oversee development decisions, and ensure platform quality and compliance while working remotely in the MST and PST time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the AtoZ ServiceNow implementation, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability of the platform
  • Manage the ServiceNow technical backlog in Jira, including enhancements and maintenance tasks
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between AtoZ and vendor development teams, reviewing solutions for alignment with best practices
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role with ServiceNow, such as Developer, Analyst, Architect, or Technical Lead
  • Strong Business Analyst background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
  • Experience with ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and workflows
  • Proven experience overseeing vendor development teams or external technical partners
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
