ServiceNow Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support federal IT infrastructure projects, the remote contracted ServiceNow Technical Project Manager will manage delivery control, oversee sprint reporting, and ensure quality review while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract-facing delivery control and sprint planning inputs
• Oversee weekly status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and staffing coverage
• Ensure compliance follow-through and quality review of deliverables

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience
• Experience with federal contract delivery and Agile/Kanban methodologies
• Proven ability to manage a small technical team effectively
• Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, and security staff
• Understanding of change control and release governance processes
