ServiceNow Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow applications
• Perform manual and automated testing activities during Agile sprints
• Document and track defects, coordinating with Developers and Administrators for resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or 8 years of equivalent experience
• Four years of experience in software or ServiceNow testing in an Agile environment
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and regression testing activities
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform functionality and IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to meet USPTO onboarding and clearance requirements
