ServiceNow Test Engineer
Job Summary
To support federal government clients, the full-time remote ServiceNow Test Engineer will validate the quality and functionality of ServiceNow applications by developing and executing test plans, performing various testing types, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Identify, document, and track defects while supporting User Acceptance Testing and ensuring solutions are ready for production deployment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with and testing applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams and testing functionality within sprint-based development cycles
- U.S. Citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain an Active Public Trust clearance
