Job Summary

To support ongoing projects, the remote ServiceNow Tester will evaluate custom applications, focusing on HRSD and integration, while ensuring compliance with security clearance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate and test ServiceNow custom applications for functionality and performance
• Collaborate on integration efforts to ensure seamless operation across platforms
• Maintain compliance with security protocols, requiring an active Secret or TS clearance

Required qualifications:

• Active Secret or TS clearance
• Experience with ServiceNow custom applications
• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes
• Familiarity with integration methodologies
• Experience in Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) is a plus
