Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow TNI Architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive TNI Data Model aligned with CSDM standards
• Configure IntegrationHub ETL and Service Graph Connectors for data synchronization into the CMDB
• Drive Hardware Asset Management workflows for lifecycle oversight of servers and networking equipment

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in an Architect Level role with ServiceNow platform development
• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with expertise in TNI, CMDB, HAM, and ITSM modules
• Strong proficiency in ITSM modules and advanced Service Catalog development
• Proven track record in Data Center Inventory Management and infrastructure modeling
• ServiceNow Certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS-TNI/ITSM are required
