Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate custom applications and oversee migration work
Conduct discovery sessions and documentation mapping
Plan and implement ServiceNow Pro Services for fiber broadband provisioning

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
CSA and TNI Accreditation are essential
Experience in telecommunications (Telco) is essential
Proven TNI project experience is essential
