Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow TNI Developer to lead the digital transformation of Data Center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a TNI Data Model aligned with CSDM for managing data center hierarchies
Configure IntegrationHub ETL and Service Graph Connectors for data synchronization into the CMDB
Drive Hardware Asset Management workflows to manage the lifecycle of servers and networking gear

Required Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with TNI, CMDB, HAM, SPM, and ITSM expertise
Strong proficiency in ITSM modules and advanced Service Catalog development
Proven experience in Data Center Inventory Management and infrastructure modeling
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS-TNI/ITSM) required
