Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives
  • Design comprehensive training curricula covering various aspects of ServiceNow
  • Deliver engaging training sessions through various mediums and adapt delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably focused on ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
