Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow (Secret Cleared) Trainer to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver training programs for ServiceNow implementation and development
• Collaborate with leadership to coordinate internal training resources
• Consult with customers to address training needs and maximize ServiceNow platform utilization

Required Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen with an active DOD fully adjudicated Secret clearance
• Bachelors in Computer Science, Instructional Design or relevant field required
• ITIL v3 Certified or higher
• 3+ years as IT Management Consultant
• Expert public speaking and technical writing skills
