Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecommunications industry
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business processes
Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM and FSM
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and ServiceNow development
Experience with database design and development
