Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow TSOM (Telecommunications Service Operations Management) Consultant/Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow TSOM solutions for telecom service assurance and operations
Integrate network, cloud, and infrastructure events into ServiceNow for centralized visibility
Drive automation and orchestration for incident workflows and collaborate with operational teams

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM
Solid understanding of ITOM, including event management and service mapping
Experience with telecom network operations and service assurance
Knowledge of CMDB, service topology, and data integrations
6-8 years of experience for Consultant/Senior Consultant roles, 8+ years for Architect roles
