Services and Subscriptions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Services and Subscriptions in the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customers' maintenance service contracts and create contract renewal quotes
• Interface between the customer and vendors to renew contracts in a timely manner
• Proactively manage customer renewals, prioritize activities, and process orders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 3+ years' experience in a Third Party Renewal role
• Knowledge of Third Party Services and distributor related tools
