Services Design Architect

Job Summary

To support presales efforts and service scoping discussions, the remote, full-time Services Design Architect will act as a functional resource in the Procure-to-Invoice domain, conducting customer design health assessments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and invoicing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support presales efforts and service scoping discussions to secure professional services SOWs
• Conduct design health assessments to identify process inefficiencies and suggest optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Services Sales to translate delivery needs into scalable proposals and product configurations

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Spend Management or Procure-to-Invoice consulting
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle
• Experience with SaaS software providers on enterprise implementations or professional services delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams
