Services Engineering Leader
Job Summary
Leading the lifecycle development of new Professional Services offerings, the full-time remote Services Engineering Leader will create, package, and launch high-value services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer value across the Rubrik product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch standardized, scalable Professional Services offerings and delivery methodologies to drive customer adoption
- Collaborate with Product Management and Product Engineering to align service packages with early-stage product releases
- Establish reusable delivery frameworks and implement feedback channels to continuously optimize service effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Service New Product Introduction, Services Productization, or Solution Engineering within a global SaaS or Enterprise Software company
- Proven track record of executing complex enterprise technology services from concept to global field execution
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed organizations, particularly with Product Management and Field Services
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and driving strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
