Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Portfolio Manager responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the product lifecycle for its Managed Services product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through market analysis and trends
• Creates product roadmaps in collaboration with delivery teams to enhance service margins and customer value
• Monitors product performance metrics, including profitability and customer satisfaction, to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with SaaS applications and business models
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
