Services Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for service-based products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in product management, focusing on services
• Proven track record in managing and launching service products
• Experience in customer-facing roles with an understanding of customer needs
• Familiarity with Agile or other product management methodologies
