Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Services Project Coordinator will facilitate end-to-end oversight for installation jobs, ensuring effective communication with customers, service providers, and vendors while managing project timelines and documentation.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and manage outbound calls to provide installation job support and updates
  • Coordinate project scheduling and product delivery to ensure timely job commencement
  • Document all interactions and resolve post-project issues related to work orders and compliance
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in project coordination or the remodeling/construction industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with project management functions
  • Experience in a contact center environment is a plus
