Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage deliverables for Dayforce solution implementations
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture Workstream to align project execution with strategic objectives
• Support Data Conversion Workstream activities, ensuring data readiness and accuracy for migration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or Dayforce environments
• Proven success in delivering HR/Payroll projects in complex settings
• Experience in developing and executing enterprise-level project management plans
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, workforce management, data migration, and security compliance
