Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, or Dayforce environments
• Proven success in delivering HR/Payroll projects in complex organizational settings
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, workforce management, and security compliance
• Experience in enterprise architecture or security-related initiatives is an asset
