Job Summary
Driving services revenue for the Order Management (OMS) platform, the full-time Services Sales Lead will scope, price, and close implementation services engagements while collaborating with sales and delivery teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and position services alongside license sales, creating tailored proposals and Statements of Work
- Own pricing strategy and margin targets for services engagements, managing the services pipeline and negotiating commercial terms with clients
- Lead the services sections of formal RFI/RFP responses, ensuring alignment between sales, pre-sales, and delivery methodologies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise software services sales or services-led pre-sales, preferably in supply chain or related software
- Demonstrated experience in scoping and pricing implementation services for enterprise clients
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and contract negotiation
- Experience in contributing to or leading formal RFI/RFP responses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing client-facing documentation
