Services Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a full-time Services Solution Architect within the Automation and Agentic Operations Solutions Practice, the successful candidate will lead complex automation programs, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with teams to design and implement innovative solutions across multiple domains, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical and solutioning work for automation pursuits, collaborating with sales and clients to define use cases and scope opportunities
- Lead client-facing discovery and solution design, ensuring solutions are realistic, differentiated, and aligned with client priorities
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to align strategy and ensure successful execution of automation opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, with leadership experience preferred
- Deep understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle, with a proven track record working with Fortune 500 clients
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to generate creative solutions to complex problems
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and business visualization skills
