Services Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Services Solution Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and integrate solutions into customer production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues during and after deployments
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including deployment guides and reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electronics, or a related field
• 0-1 year in a technical role, including internships or project experience
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP and protocols like RADIUS and DNS
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and cloud technologies
• Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
