A company is looking for a Services Solutions Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultative discovery with stakeholders to define customer priorities and effective services approaches
• Design and scope services engagements to enhance adoption and support measurable business value
• Partner with internal teams on strategic opportunities to shape service strategy and phased roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, professional services, or related customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise technology
• Proven success in scoping and structuring services engagements, including proposal development and SOW creation
• Strong business acumen to connect customer priorities with platform capabilities
• Experience working across complex stakeholder environments, including Sales and Customer Success
• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus
