Job Summary

To enhance customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle, the full-time remote Services Specialist will manage the implementation of MES solutions, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through training and outcome attainment.

Key responsibilities
  • Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions, managing technical deliverables and engaging throughout the project lifecycle to meet client needs
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and key business drivers to effectively execute policies and strategies
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and go-live readiness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience (for roles in the USA)
  • Advanced experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services (for roles outside of the USA)
