Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceTitan Consultant to evaluate, implement, and optimize the ServiceTitan platform for improved operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit and evaluation of current ServiceTitan configuration to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Lead system setup and optimization, including pricebook structure and workflow automation
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and develop dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceTitan
• Experience managing Marketing Pro campaigns and automation workflows
• Proven ability to analyze operational processes and implement system improvements
• Strong reporting and KPI analysis skills
• Experience working with accounting integrations such as QuickBooks
